Interns

Our recruitment process for our 2012 intern and co-op hires takes place from September through November, 2011, and again in January through March, 2012.

Who we consider

For undergraduate students, we look for sophomores and juniors; and for graduate students, we look for candidates finishing their 1st year of graduate school.. Please see our job posting at your school for more specific job requirements.

Process

Interested students should 1) apply at their school via Career Services, and 2) build their profile on the Unilever website and apply to the appropriate position listed. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements are selected to participate in an interview either on campus or via phone during the recruitment seasons mentioned above. Offers will be extended after the initial interview.  With the exception of Customer Development, candidates selected for second round interviews will participate in interviews at our corporate headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ during the Fall recruitment season.
