Category management & customer marketing

In customer marketing we develop and implement integrated brand/category solutions and activities. First we understand what consumers want, then use this knowledge to stimulate demand in-store. This requires strategic thinking to make decisions on everything from pricing and promotion, to merchandising and growth.

Account management

These roles focus on increasing turnover, profit and market share. They ensure that customers have the right level of stock at any given time, plan promotions and new initiatives, and negotiate margins. They also work hand-in-hand with brand and category management to coordinate product launch activity.
