My proudest moment at Unilever
When I was in Hammond as an engineer working on Dove bar soap, an operator approached me to assist with a problem they were having on the line. When I asked why he asked me specifically, he said it was because I “get things done”. It was great to know that I was being viewed as a reliable source of information and assistance. That was amazing!
A very close second was when I saw my first innovation from Skippy on shelves. I managed the new Skippy Natural Peanut Butter Spread with Honey project through its entire innovation funnel. Seeing a product that was once just a graphic on a page materialize into a real item on shelves feels awesome! It tastes wonderful too so it is fun to brag to my friends about.
