Employees are also eligible for an incentive program designed to reward successful performance against Company and individual targets.  The program ensures employees have a greater influence on their reward by directly linking business performance with employee performance to the amount of money an employee receives.  This approach is designed to ensure the best performers and teams receive the best rewards.  Senior managers may also be eligible for stock awards, also based on Unilever’s performance and the employee’s long-term performance.
