My proudest moment at Unilever
The launch process of Bertolli Frozen products – from recipe development to meeting with all major sales accounts to product demonstrations. It was a game changer in the world of frozen and led to our most recent launch, P.F. Chang's. P.F. Chang's used the same template by making restaurant quality food under a great brand name. We worked closely as a team and with the P.F. Chang's chef to make a really spectacular product.

Interests
- I am interested in all parts of the food process. I find it very interesting how are food is grown, what makes a difference in the growing of our food, how it’s handled and how consumers use it. I also enjoy the ways ethnic groups eat in this country. I love going to a party at someone's house of a different ethnicity and see the way they use ingredients here and adapt their traditions and cooking methods within a different soil.
