Unilever appoints Todd Tillemans to Vice President & General Manager, U.S. Skin business

01/19/06 : Seasoned executive is tapped to lead key business unit in the US.

Englewood Cliffs, N.J. -- Unilever announced today that Todd Tillemans has been named Vice President/General Manager, U.S. Skin Business, reporting directly to Mike Polk, Group Vice President, Unilever US effective immediately. Prior to this, Tillemans was Vice President & General Manager, U.S. Deodorants Business.

Todd has been instrumental in driving renewed growth in the AP/Deo category for both our retail partners and Unilever. "With his proven track record of leadership, ability to innovate as well as his instinctive understanding of consumer insights, Todd is a terrific choice to lead one of our largest, most competitive divisions." Tillemans will play a key leadership role on the Unilever U.S. Operating Committee and will be based in Greenwich, Connecticut.

Since joining Unilever, Tillemans has held various roles as a member of the Helene Curtis team. Prior to Unilever, he was employed with General Mills. Tillemans holds a BS in Finance from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Chicago.
