Unilever has announced the sale of Welly Health PBC, a leading first-aid and bandage brand, to Forward Consumer Partners.
Jostein Solheim, CEO of Unilever Wellbeing, said, “Welly is a brand beloved by many, and we are proud of what the business has achieved. As we focus our Wellbeing strategy on premium, high-growth spaces where we are best positioned to lead, innovate and grow, we believe new ownership is the right path for Welly. Forward will support the brand’s evolving needs and ambitions as it enters its next chapter.”
The transaction is expected to close in Q4 of 2026, subject to certain closing conditions.
